I think it's time I said hello, City of Sin. Been a good number of years, our dear Magistrates, dear Chosen and I'd love to see a sound off of who's still keeping eyes on all the churning gears of the society here.
[Her smile is coy as she continues, but her tone is light and theatrical, ever the showman.]  

Magistrates! I don't suppose I could dare you out of your holes for some kind of conversation? I would love to see who we've got in the hot seat this round. I am open to discretion too, if that's something you're interested in - I am willing to come to you. Willing to knock on doors even, if none of you feel like piping up in public. Not a very strong first image though, I would say.

By the way, impact will be opening in a few months - if anyone is interested in commissions, my portfolio seems to have survived. I would be happy to show you. [She wiggles her fingers at the screen before it cuts off.

Devi spent very little time at her actual house over on Petunia Avenue, preferring to work out her studio at Impact, where she can be seen through the window cleaning up and hanging what art survived the shifts of time. When she wasn't there, she was down at any number of coffee shops and restaurants, sketching things out in a leather bound book.
 
She also found time to go visit the Coliseum during a set of matches, curious as to who else would be fighting and keeping a specific eye out for Bardock. Set up with a ridiculously large box of popcorn and a big cup, Devi reclines in the seats, ankles crossed and set up on the back of the seat in front of her.

[ The room was mostly dark when the video starts, a yawn can be heard as a window is opened. A quick shot of the outside looks like, from the way the Magistrate was holding his phone, was Liam's business sign. He was in an apartment across the street in Leisurebrook.

Aiden looked tired as always, his shoulder-length brown hair was static-y. Wearing a black tee shirt at least as he flopped back in a chair near the window, just the bare wall behind him visible but the sun at least lit him up. ]

Sorry to do this privately, I got some major bedhead and no coffee in me yet. But what's up, dude? How can I help you?

Bardock: When a Saiyan gets bored, is when things get fun/ Coliseum

The Saiyan is eyeing the small fry they call "competition" here.

When Bardock's scouter went off, ki levels determined to be puny, the Saiyan couldn't help but have a hint of disappointment on his face. Bardock stretched his legs back and forth, cracking his fist in anticipation "Well if this is what this pl- "DEVI?!"

He noted the lady in the audience watching him from a distance and his face changed to one of shock and then amusement "I guess she never lets up on a promise, then."

Bardock steps up in the arena "Well let's get this over with."

Of course Bardock wouldn't turn down a good challenge even if it was against a weak opponent. He'd never let himself get as cocky as Prince Vegeta after all.

"Both of you step up" as the announcer told the two to step up to the ever-changing settings and fighting areas.

Bardock made his way up to the first podium and got in a defensive position "Show me what you can do."

The small creature was in fact some sort of small demon. "Don't get so cocky, stranger."

Bardock didn't answer and was already gunning to disappear, kicking the small fry in the air, and making shiskabob out of the creature. The Saiyan knew better not to play around.

The demon couldn't keep up as it got kicked to the air and tried to slash the Saiyan head-on but hit nothing. The Saiyan had threw the creature up and followed suit with some ki blasts and the demon exploded leaving nothing but ashes.

The Saiyan muttered "Wow, that was a disappointing fight."
